Your hosts Marnie and Dave Younger welcome you to the Coho.  Owners since 1994, the Youngers are still awestruck daily by the natural beauty of the area.  The views afforded by this property are spectacular and include the seascape of Bearskin Bay and Skidegate Inlet, as well as both the Sleeping Beauty Mountain and the Queen Charlotte Range.

They have a lovely garden which adds colour and interest to the tranquil and serene property.  In addition, a fire pit on the beach provides a wonderful place for friends and guests to gather.  Enjoy the views and relax amidst local wildlife.  Eagles, herons and seals are abundant.  Occasionally porpoises, grey whales  and killer whales can be seen here.

All of the photos on this website were taken by Dave on his many adventures.  He has climbed, hiked and explored many of the mountains, trails and inlets on the islands.  Dave is happy to share his knowledge of the natural beauty of the Islands with you.

Marnie fell in love with the unique beauty and culture of Haida Gwaii on her first visit.  She enjoys local "island-style" events like art exhibition openings, talent shows and community celebration days.  Now a colourful local herself, Marnie enjoys contributing to Islands culture and looks forward to helping make your visit a memorable one!  Marnie also speaks French.  Marnie parle en Francais.
